		<description>Actually, the assholes in SLO won't let you in with a passport, particularly an international passport.  And good luck with an out of state license.  From my experience  you can only drink in SLO if you have a valid CALIFORNIA drivers license.  Unless you're Josh.  He's the exception to a lot of rules.</description>

		<description>A Driver's license is your state ID though, that is why they ask for it for verification of your age.  If you choose not to get a Driver's license (for example, Mr. McBride) then you get a 'state ID'.  This looks very similar to a driver's license, but instead only has the basic information and that you are from the state of California and a legal adult (and later able to consume alcohol in public).  Since everyone in the USA decides to get a driver's license so they can drive, that becomes the form of state id, because it would  be stupid to carry a state id AND a driver's license.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As far as the illegal debate goes, that sucker will get settled around the same time they settle abortion and gay marriage.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And for the record, I like my gigantic passport, hahahaha.</description>
